I'm a large format print specialist with deep hands-on experience in commercial print production, machine installation, and technical optimisation. At Format Graphics Ltd, I’ve been involved in a wide range of complex print projects—operating state-of-the-art equipment including digital cutters (Zünd), Dye Sublimation presses, and large format UV printers using Caldera and Fiery RIP software. A standout part of my work has been supporting the first international customer installation of the Agfa Bronco H3300. I played a key role in setting up the machine, running and troubleshooting early-stage production, and collaborating directly with Agfa’s engineers to provide real-world feedback that shaped performance refinements in both hardware and software. Beyond print operation, I have a strong track record in machine maintenance - diagnosing and resolving issues quickly to minimise downtime and keep output running smoothly. I'm comfortable working under pressure, whether it's recalibrating a system, tweaking colour profiles, or guiding others through setup and maintenance protocols. I’m passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service and technical reliability, and I take real satisfaction in helping teams get the very best out of their print technology.
