About Maxim Shtraus

A Philadelphia area native for over 30 years, Maxim Shtraus graduated from the Temple University Fox School of Business in January 2013 with a BBA degree in Finance. He is currently working as a Realtor at RE/MAX Elite serving clients in Lower Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. His goal is to become a long standing member of the community and build a brand synonymous with Real Estate. His long term aspirations are to be involved in Real Estate Private Equity as well as Development. Maxim likes to blog and keep up with markets, economics, real estate, M&A, hedge funds, venture capital, entrepreneurship, startups, tech, movies, sports, and food culture. When he's not at the office he is at home studying the real estate market, traveling, at the gym, or spending time with friends going out and being a foodie. As a Realtor Maxim's focus is branding himself as a concierge agent for the luxury market. He grew a passion for it while working with his mother who is a well known interior designer in the luxury market; serving clients from upstate New York to Palm Beach Florida. He brings to the table an expertise in Social Media marketing, as well as in other creative technology orientated approaches to selling Real Estate. The average age of a Realtor is 57 years old and the average age of a buyer is 29 years old; Maxim looks to use his age as a strength while most people see it as a weakness to gain market share in Real Estate. If clients were to describe him in a few words they would say he is thorough, creative, diligent and outspoken.
