About Maxim Tsoriev

I am a results-driven Head of Procurement & Sourcing with ten years of experience working for global leaders in the Energy, Oil & Gas, and High-Tech Robotics industries, covering Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East. After graduating from Tyumen State University with a Bachelor's Degree in International Relationships in 2016, I spent 3 years with Schlumberger, working my way up to Area Sourcing Specialist for Russia and Central Asia. I then joined Aggreko Eurasia in 2018, where I led a team of purchasing & sourcing specialists to execute procurement strategies and activities for the Eurasia region (Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, and Ukraine), including managing the strategic replacement of key suppliers exiting the Russian market starting in 2022. In 2024, I relocated to the UAE to join Martistel, a robotics automation start-up innovator, where I work closely with the internal customers to drive and develop sourcing processes and procedures that enable business growth. My expertise lies in optimising supply chains, driving cost savings, and leading high-impact projects by negotiating favourable terms with key suppliers, fostering productive relationships, and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives that align with organisational goals.
