About Maxime Ferrand
I build my leadership from human being, with customer focus and innovation. I began my career in 2007 as a R&D Project Manager in Aeronautics. Willing to achieve bigger challenges, I joined Enedis (formerly ERDF) in 2008. My strong management skills let me climb hierarchy in regional business units up to cross-functional responsibilities. Promoted as National Innovation Leader in 2017, I built results in a new era of employee-led projects on a company-wide scale. In June 2019, I get involved in data-driven business opportunities for Enedis, and risk management in 2021. Since October 2022, I am Key Account Manager. This new challenge was essential for me to get back close to our customers. I support themselves to develop their EV charging infrastructures.
