About Maxime Helle de Groot

Structure | Clarity | Impact. That’s what I help entrepreneurs and organisations achieve, with the precision of a project manager and the eye for detail of an event professional. And let’s be honest, a healthy dose of enthusiasm is simply part of the package. As a Virtual Assistant, Project and Event Manager, I support entrepreneurs and organisations who are ready to grow, but can no longer juggle the daily flow of meetings, communication and projects on their own. I bring calm, clarity and momentum, with a sharp eye for detail, quality and genuine interest. With over ten years of experience in the events industry, I know how to turn chaos into flow. From inbox to event floor, from planning to evaluation: I combine a structured approach with creative problem-solving and a personal touch. Organised, yet flexible whenever the situation calls for it.And because working with me is about more than ticking boxes:• A broad network in banking & finance, investor relations, the event, music and entertainment industries• Experienced with countless tools and systems. From planning and communication to invoicing and automation (call me a digital all-rounder with perspective; I’m fluent in project management)• And, truth be told: I love good food, great company and a glass of bubbles. Because life offline should be fun too.The Virtual Assistant who believes in the power of live.
