Maxime Monard is a passionate corporate lawyer with a focus on M&A, venture capital & private equity. Maxime obtained law degrees in Belgium (KU Leuven, Master of Laws, magna cum laude) and in the US (Stanford Law School, LL.M. in Corporate Governance and Practice; New York University, exchange student).
