My personal career goal:"Use finance and entrepreneurship as levers for change to finance and build the societal and ecological transition through circular, sustainable and biodiversity friendly solutions." As an entrepreneurial-minded person, I am willing to have a positive impact on my environment and use my skills to develop business for good and use the leverage only finance can offer. I am profoundly interested in the environment, in finance, in how we can make business while having a positive impact on the planet. Therefore I believe we have to find inspiration in what nature offers us through biomimicry. There is no waste in nature and this is also why I strongly believe in Circular Economy to build businesses that have positive impacts socially, environmentally and financially. I like to see making business through the lens of the 5P’s: People, Planet, Profit, Purpose and Partnerships. Partnerships help to build sustainable and regenerative solutions thanks to collective intelligence. I am definitely looking to invest my time, money and energy in the most impactful projects (impact investing, circular economy, regenerative economy, sustainability, biotechnology and renewables). I am currently working- full-time at VAN DE PUT & CO where we offer a transparent, efficient and responsible asset management- part-time at Woodcab, where we want to improve the work-life balance of people providing additional space in the city and the countryside in a sustainable, circular and biodviersity-friendly way thanks to naturally-designed wooden cabins- part-time at Enso, where we stimulate circular economy through the reuse of materials considered as non-hazardous industrial waste. In my spare-time I love to practice individual and collective competition sports such as tennis, yoga, running and soccer; I love to take pictures of nature and the beauty it offers us as well as just enjoying the present moment listening to birds singing. I also like to travel in order to learn from other cultures and people. Other interests I have are reading books and articles about diverse topics, continuing to learn digital skills such as coding, building websites as well as learning how to make the best impact possible through finance and impact investing.
