I discovered a passion for learning, problem-solving, team leadership, and building relationships when I had the fortune to land a job with a French ITSM services company: Devoteam. A friend was looking for someone without ITSM experience. She reached out to me, and I jumped on the opportunity to learn. Fast-forward 20 years, after working in France, Switzerland and UK, I am now an accomplished Global Professional Services Director with a passion for driving digital transformation and delivering high-value solutions for global clients. I ended up successfully managing teams of 15-55+ with P&L responsibility of $5M-$10M+. My experience spans from managing complex ITSM implementations at Devoteam to leading international teams at Fusion Global Business Solutions. I then joined Pluralsight, a leading SaaS edtech company, as Senior Director of Advisory Services. Currently, I am advising a boutique consultancy on strategic direction for Professional Services growth in ITSM and ESM. Throughout my career, I have regularly identified profitable opportunities and guided teams toward sustained success. Throughout my career, I've enjoyed several achievements, including Achieved £10M turnover for a SaaS company, with only 5% customer escalations by improving team processes and resources. Pioneered and sustained a highly successful graduate programme, achieving an 80% retention rate over 5 years. Led the groundbreaking CMDB implementation at a French multinational pharmaceutical and cosmetics company, reducing incidents by 25% and optimising IT operations significantly. My passion for leadership has been solidified by my recent experience as a Senior Director, as I have been involved in the strategic planning side of establishing a Professional Services business unit, In addition I supervised the creation new services through collaboration with various stakeholders, including Sales, Pre-sales, and Customer Success.
