In the digital printing industry, I realized my strength wasn't just in design, but in effectively communicating and "selling" those creative visions, igniting my interest in sales.This led me to formal studies in Relational Sales at HEC Montreal. Building on six years of client-focused experience in graphics and printing, I transitioned to Energizer as a Sales Representative and Category Manager. There, I gained invaluable experience managing new retail categories and providing IT training and marketing support to the Canadian sales force, demonstrating a clear ability to drive organizational objectives.Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of specializing in Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development, including five significant years in the SaaS/PaaS space, at world-class organizations such as Genesys, IBM, Appian, and OutSystems.
