About Maximilian Vorwerk

I’m the owner and Chair of the Board of a German-founded, 200+ year-old Chilean family business. Our mission is simple: deliver world-class B2B solutions that create long-term value and earn customer trust through end-to-end distribution, installation, service, and full lifecycle support across mining, construction, agriculture, banking, retail, and gaming. We provide equipment, technical advisory, and long-term service across three core lines: plastic membranes; thermofusion and weld-quality control for membranes and piping; and cash-handling technology. My focus is growth through transformation: moving from one-off transactions to service-led, recurring revenue models; strengthening our go-to-market engine (enterprise sales, key accounts, partnerships, and lifecycle services); and selectively expanding our portfolio while protecting the trust, execution discipline, and cultural DNA that have helped the company endure. I enjoy connecting with enterprise leaders seeking a reliable partner in Chile, founders and CEOs with proven B2B products looking to scale through a strong local commercial arm, and senior commercial or operational talent who thrive in transformation.
