I am an educational leader, former principal, and Olympic-trained fencing coach with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of instructional leadership, cognitive development, and high-performance training.My academic work at The Chicago School (Ed.D, Educational Psychology & Technology, expected 2028) further informs my approach to designing structured, evidence-based learning systems grounded in the Trivium (grammar, logic, rhetoric). I specialize in cultivating critical thinking, decision-making, and adaptive expertise in both academic and athletic environments.As a certified three-weapon fencing coach (sabre, épée, foil), I have trained Olympic-level athletes across developmental and competitive levels, including work with the United States Military Academy fencing program. My coaching integrates precision, timing, and tactical intelligence, translating directly into leadership, negotiation, and performance under pressure.With multilingual fluency and a background in education, international studies, and technology, I bring a global, interdisciplinary perspective to leadership, curriculum innovation, and developing elite training programs.I am currently focused on expanding high-performance training systems, educational consulting, and strategic program design.
