My expertise in TPS Agile—melding Toyota's production system with SAFe Agile—reflects my core competency in guiding large-scale agile transformations. At Toyota, my focus is on fostering a collaborative culture that embraces continuous improvement and lean thinking, aligning with the company's commitment to innovation and quality. As the Senior Digital TPS Agile Specialist, I've had the opportunity to lead as a Release Train Engineer, running agile ceremonies and supporting the adoption of TPS agile across the organization. My role involves crafting and disseminating training materials, ensuring best practices are documented, and aligning our agile journey with Toyota's high standards.
