Being a hands-on and adaptable production supervisor, I have over seven years’ of cumulative leadership experience in global automotive component manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. Throughout my career, I have incorporated lean methodologies for assembly line processes designed to minimize scrap and inventory reduction. Employing strong interpretation competencies for reviewing safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, I also communicate well with senior-level management and utilize motivational and interpersonal skills to foster a positive workplace culture while leading production teams. Over the years, I have learned to exude a level of calmness in high-pressure situations which has served me well in achieving production quotas with my team in a fast-paced environment and more importantly, with minimal safety incidents.
