About Maxine Fromet de Rosnay

Hi, I’m Maxine — a dual-national (South African & French) Chartered Accountant with a passion for numbers, people, and continuous improvement. I’ve built my career across audit, finance, and internal controls, with experience spanning retail, hospitality, and property management. Currently, I’m part of the Domino’s Pizza Group as an Internal Audit Manager, where I help strengthen governance, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making. Before that, I led property finance operations, managed IFRS 16 reporting for over 1,400 leases, and played a key role in a major lease system upgrade. I started out in external audit at PKF Durban, and since then, I’ve grown into roles where I get to coach teams, drive change, and make finance more human and impactful. Outside of work, you’ll find me singing, dancing, exploring theatre, diving into psychology, or planning my next travel adventure. I’m all about creating inclusive, collaborative spaces where people feel empowered to grow and share knowledge.
