My best career achievements have been those that had a positive impact on the lives of others - while also benefiting the business. My experience covers brand strategy, communications, human resources, marketing, content management, revenue and go-to-market strategies. My passion is for understanding my customers, their pain points, how to get them to engage with the products I represent. It's also taking those pain points, and relating those to management to address in new products or adjustments to products we have. Market research is key. I enjoy digging into the personas of my audience and targeting them with items that meet their needs and solve pain points. Engagement leads to leads which lead to sales. Listening is the most important part of the equation and then changing to meet the needs. I have worked in many markets including vacation rentals, boutique hotels, wholesale travel clubs, and the government technology space. Most of my roles were in marketing but I have also held the General Manager title and currently work in brand marketing for a franchise company as well as handle marketing for their corporate locations for homeowner growth.
