I could describe me as good "problem solver" and accountable. I`m challenge driven and always push to deliver with excellence, agility and assertiveness, where I bilieve to be key aspects for a qualified response. Furthermore, I looking inspiring colleagues to review ordinary practices to assemble value for internal and external customers. I`ve been always embodiyng Cx principles on everthing I do: diponibility, knowlodge, velocity, assertiviness, simplicity, which are valuable guidelines to standout in the complex business environment (VUCA) where is necessary to be agile and deal with multiple demands and, sometime, to manage unforeseen drawbacks. I have a strong experience on true (costumer mission profiles) loads reconstruction process, bolted joints analyses, structural optmization analyses, linear and nolinear structural analyses, durability analyses, having been working as CAE/FEA professional since 2008. Working as Cx ambassador since 2018, for consecutive year, I've been pointed out as top 10 ambassador (among 168 Latam ambassadors).
