As a naturally self-motivated and resourceful person, I began to learn bookkeeping in 2020 using the LinkedIn Learning modules, building off of the foundations of accounting taught to me at Humber College's Business School. Currently, I am gaining experience in the accounting world by providing bookkeeping services to sole proprietor businesses and corporations. Now with 1 year of bookkeeping experience, I'm finding the work both enriching and rewarding as I provide an integral stepping stone on the path to financial wellbeing.My outstanding organizational skills have been utilized across my professional career all forms, from report writing and sales analysis, to data entry and consolidation, to managing an inventory database with over physical entries. My work is meticulous and thorough, and I take initiative in getting the job done, proactively identifying and trouble shooting issues. My impressive attention to detail, analytical mindset, and positive growth mindset has makes me an asset to my teams. My extensive background in retail makes me an expert in customer service and team management. I am well-accustomed to fast-paced environments and tight deadlines. I know how to prioritize, multitask, and have strong time management skills.My experience as an entrepreneur means I understand the ups and downs of small business. I bring to the table my desire to see clients grow and succeed, doing what I can to assist in their endeavours.
