About Maxwell Wittner

Ever since childhood, I have loved technology and understanding how it works. When I was ten years old, helping my uncle upgrade his desktop PC ignited my passion for technology. I have been been lucky enough to work at my dad's diesel mechanic shop since I was a Junior in high school, giving me several years of real-world experience as IT maintenance. Throughout my time working at Roadside, I have installed networking infrastructure (routers, modems, pci-e network cards, a NAS drive, etc.), security systems (Ring Doorbell and stationary security cameras), and computer systems/peripherals (a custom-build workstation desktop, printers, fax machines, etc.). I truly enjoy maintaining these systems and feel greatly accomplished when I am able to effectively solve problems that arise within them. In my experience working with TEKsystems, I have sharpened my ability to provide excellent customer service for clients over the phone and through email while constantly maintaining a polite, empathetic, and friendly attitude.
