About Maxx Ives

I am currently attending Colorado State University in Fort Collins in the Ecosystem Science and Sustainability program to graduate with a Bachelors of Science in May 2021. I am incredibly excited to enter the professional workforce and use my skills, talents, and education to create a more sustainable community. I started at a young age talking to and teaching people about the environment, and since developed my communication skills through years of customer service and management. I am a passionate outdoorsman, with extensive experience teaching the youth and my peers in survival skills as well as natural history and ecosystem science. I also love to create through carpentry and woodworking, sculpture and painting, leading and learning. This passion also leads me to be inspired by material and operational sustainability.
