About May Klauser

I’ve made the transition from sales into the health sciences. I’m passionate about the higher education of our future healthcare workers. I’ve always had the desire to empower others through opportunity whether it be in my past managerial sales roles, or current leadership role in higher education. I personally resonate with individuals who have overcome adversity, as I am someone who started off in the work force without a car and in a commission only outside sales role. I was still coping with the aftermath of a bad car accident which put me in a wheelchair, yet I gained the inner strength to rise above my challenges and uplift others through sales leadership. I have overcome violence and even addictions. I am thankful for the hardships I once faced, as those hardships developed a resilient grit in me. My career in sales has shaped the person I am today. I will forever carry the skills from my previous sales roles and transfer those skills into my advancement in the health sciences. My goal is to touch the lives of all around me and pay forward the life instilled into me by the aid of the nurses who nursed me back to health during the recovery from my accident. Let’s make the world a better place. One person at a time.
