With over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, I have developed a keen eye for quality, craftsmanship, and style, as well as a strong business acumen and strategic vision. I lead a talented team of production managers, coordinators, and assistants, and work closely with the design, merchandising, sales, and marketing departments to ensure the successful execution of each season's vision and goals. I also manage vendor relationships, budget control, and inventory management, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. My passion is to create beautiful, and innovative products that delight our customers and reflect our brand's values and identity.
