Embrace every up and down in the journey to hone professional skills and bring positive change to people around us.” - ML In my capacity as Assistant Director of Group Communications, I oversee the integration of print, online, video, and outdoor displays, making sure our message effectively resonates with stakeholders. By deploying effective communication and engagement measures, I aim to motivate, lead, and stimulate cultural unity within the corporate environment and reinforcing SingHealth’s top of the mind recall. My previous positions in different industries have taught me different skill sets and showed me different perspectives. My last role as an Associate Lecturer in the School of Film and Media Studies at Ngee Ann Polytechnic was especially enriching, giving me opportunities to collaborate with different partners, like L’oreal, on student projects. I am especially wowed by the creative, fresh young minds of our future marketing and communications leaders and am excited to see how they will shape the world! Each work experience has enabled me to acquire an indispensable competence in communication techniques and strategic planning. I will use this experience to help me effect change and create a vibrant connection within the professional world.
