I am an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of delivering quality outcomes and building trust and a positive working relationship with my stakeholders. I believe in empowering people by leading by example and building a positive, results focused and thriving culture to achieve organizational goals. I am a process oriented individual and always look for improvements, by finding ways on ‘how we can do things better' and never settle for 'this is how it was always done before'. To be successful in my role I believe that it is important to have emotional intelligence and that has always been my strength even before I started my career in Human Resources. I pride myself on having strong negotiation skills, the ability to relate to people from all walks of life, handle sensitive situations and above all maintain my integrity at all times. Together as a team we can achieve what we set our minds to, and I believe it is very important to build a culture of inclusion and communicate Company vision, goals and core values so everyone knows and feels that they play an important role in the success of the Company.
