Undertake day to day fraud detection, on real time authorization data suspected of being fraudulent, in order to quickly block fraudulent activity. Initiate cardholder contact and as cardholder first point of contact on ensuing fraud case. • Complete Fraud administration activity including producing fraud file per case, producing a fraud declaration, and assisting in Police investigation, preparing files for charge-back processing and preparing files for audit purposes • Lead team of 8 Full Time Employees to form Fraud Detection Team, ensuring staff are adequately trained and managed through ongoing personnel development, education, and cross training • Experienced in Team Management, Project Management, with a varied amount of skills from statistical analysis to system testing. • Extensive knowledge and experience on performing complex (financial/risk) analysis and developing business cases. • Proven track records in many aspects of Finance, extending from banking, debit and credit card issuing and service provider Demonstrated achiever with exceptional knowledge of international markets, business practices, and trade regulations. • Skilled at learning new concepts quickly, working well under pressure, and communicating ideas clearly and effectively. • Extensive computer training, including knowledge of multiple networking environments and business software packages. • Enthusiastic and experienced in overseas travel.
