Corporate professional Executive Assistant with International airline experience of 20+ years. Experience working with diverse ethnic culture in the travel, inflight catering industries and public education sectors. A global inflight catering based in Dubai serving 119 airlines and prepares meals daily. I provided business support to start-up new expansion in Canada ft. Led the company’s global charity for the Canada region. 1989-2017 Executive Assistant to Vice President Canada - Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. An international airline based in Hong Kong to more than 110 destinations and employs staff worldwide. Managed the Vice President schedules and coordination between all departments. Responsible for handling business travel to 150 management teams across the Americas. Organized nationwide conference venues, training and roadshows. Initiated local contracts with industry business partners. Co-chaired the Health & Safety committee in the workplace. Managed, organized and coached the company’s Dragon Boat team. Initiated charity event to raise community and sustainability awareness.
