About Maya Bain

We all have a story. One that defines where we’ve been, where we’re at, and where we hope to be. We set goals, oftentimes using our past as a compass to point us in the direction we’d like to go. We create a vision. With that vision, a journey awaits. We can make predictions all we want, but ultimately it comes down to what we put into ourselves each and every day to create our path to fulfilling that vision. As a teenager, I found my true passion for health and wellness. I was and always will be an athlete. Full of dedication, care, and happiness that revolves around my ability to challenge myself to be the best that I can be. As a recipient of a Bachelor’s Degree through the University of Vermont in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Sciences, my mindset has remained centralized on helping others to reach their health and fitness goals. I truly value my integrity and where it has gotten me throughout my life. Being able to be there for my friends, family, and peers is something that holds tremendous power within my heart. We all deserve to find a balance in our lives, and everyone’s balance is different. There is no “cookie cutter” solution that will work for everyone. However, there are similar pieces that add up to each of our overall puzzles that we can find common ground on. My immediate move after graduating was to further my education by earning my Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.I approach each and every day with an open mind and an open heart. We all have the ability to make a difference in the lives of our peers. I want to be the one to make that difference. My journey hasn’t ended here, it has just begun. Thank you for your time.
