The group technology function was re-established with the goal of creating technology synergies across all of Aristocrat’s business units. With the group reintroduction came a new name, Aristocrat Labs (or ALABs as we like to be called). ALABs is responsible for the product technology strategy across all Aristocrat business units including improving the speed and agility of our product technology platforms with focus and knowledge sharing across business units. We are passionate about unifying diverse technologies, and even more passionate about building an inclusive technology community at Aristocrat. Founded on the values of Community, Impact and Trust, ALABs has established five technology Centers of Excellence to drive innovation, enable collaboration, empower technologists, and unify product technologies across the business, and are key pillars purposefully designed to harness the strengths of our technology talent and teams across all of Aristocrat’s business units.
