I am a purpose-driven leader, with professional experience in both for-profit and nonprofit project/program management, strategic partnerships, and community engagement. I am a passionate youth advocate and mentor, with a particular focus on providing support, training, and equitable opportunities for youth of all backgrounds to be successful in the workforce. I have the strong ability to manage high-stakes projects across multiple teams, including managing project budgets of over $10 million. Highly successful in building programs from the ground up from an operations, strategy, and business development perspective, with an emphasis on creative partnerships and engagement.
