With experience in finance, healthcare, and higher education I have experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment, and maintaining a high candidate satisfaction throughout the hiring process. I also have a great deal of experience in designing and delivering training for recruiters and hiring managers. My passion is to create an impactful and meaningful employee experience that aligns with a company's mission and values. I have successfully improved onboarding strategies, recognition and engagement programs, and learning and development opportunities for employees.
