About Maya Goldenberg

What do pole vaulting, mastering Photoshop, and earning a Seal of Biliteracy all have in common? They're experiences in my past that have taught me the importance of balancing detail-orientation and big-picture thinking, a skill I now bring into my career in Human Resources. Being able to zoom into and zoom out of the task in front of me was critical as an athlete, artist, and language-learner, as well as during my time at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. It was a skill that helped me make the most of my college experience. As President of a Kelley club for instance, I created a vision for a new brand experience for the club, yet meticulously planned and delegated the detailed tasks involved. As I begin my career in Human Resources, I am excited to dive into the details and simultaneously support the bigger picture of the business needs and organizational development. I look forward to learning something new each day and supporting a company with a meaningful mission. From competing in pole vault to studying abroad in Paris, I have a breadth of experiences under my belt that have molded me into a meticulous visionary, ready for anything that comes my way.
