As a Sales Coordinator at Middlefield Group, I support the Sales Team by leading client engagement strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships. It is a role that sits at the heart of the action - where attention to detail, adaptability, and collaboration are key. Day to day I serve as a key point of contact both internally and externally, I lead engagement strategies, and I prepare detailed reports that highlight portfolio performance and market trends. I ensure that our databases remain up to date and our client strategy remains topical. This position has given me the opportunity to apply the strategic thinking and analytical skills that I developed at Ivey Business School in a fast-paced, high-trust environment. I love being part of a team that brings real value to investors, and I am energized by the pace and purpose of the asset management world.
