By remaining up-to-date on market conditions, performance metrics, and audience demographics, I am able to define strategic positioning and messaging, develop product launch plans, and design strategies to drive across-the-board performance and build demand and market awareness. A few highlights from my career include: • As the Co-Chair, leveraged an impactful strategic plan, programs, and networking to revitalize the Women’s Impact Network and grow membership 10x to 250+ members. • Set clear vision and direction and empowered cross-functional teams to deliver 5 product launches in one year on time and in line with expectations. • Recognized by the President at Cardinal Health Canada for identifying an innovative solution to address significant supply disruption, with the same model replicated during the pandemic.
