24 Years experienced Supply Chain and Operations leader. Currently leading Supply chain and commercial operations for GEHC SA. An Operations Management graduate from GE Crotonville's Corporate OMLP program the first half of my career was in the global supply chain side of the business including shop-floor material quality management and new product introductions. I then moved to the commercial side with responsibilities of developing emerging markets running end to end operations including inquiry to order to delivery including CRM and KYC. A key essence of these roles also was to drive changes within the global supply chain and commercial organization through company wide initiatives of Six sigma Lean and Simplification. I have designed and implemented new business process through transformation for productivity & quality value creation systems implementation. I have led tools & methodologies adoption by creating robust operating mechanisms to sustain the change.
