My background: I'm a self-motivated and energetic Certified Professional Coach & Employment Specialist with 6⃣ years of experience in career theories and ethical practices. I always believe that "Happiness is not having what you want. It is appreciating what you have", that’s why I encourage my valued clients to embrace their transition period as an opportunity to learn, grow, and reflect on their goals. My experience Human Resources & Client Empowerment: I have extensive experience in employer engagement and recruitment, building and maintaining strong relationships with employers to understand their workforce needs and provide tailored solutions. I have partnered with employers to identify and create opportunities for talent acquisition and career development while collaborating with industry leaders to develop initiatives that bridge skills gaps and support workforce integration. Additionally, I conducted comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure candidates were an ideal fit for organizational goals. I designed and delivered impactful training programs to enhance clients skills, productivity, and career growth. I facilitated workshops and presentations for diverse audiences, tailoring content to meet their specific needs and goals. In addition, I created engaging training materials that effectively addressed both individual and organizational objectives. Employment Services: I've developed applied skills in client coaching, group facilitation, resume writing, interview preparation, labour market research, and career exploration. I'm extremely passionate about empowering job seekers and helping them uncover their potentials and achieve their professional & academic goals. My achievements:* Provided one-on-one career counselling to over 210 job seekers which resulted in reduction in unemployment rate within the department *Created engaging learning materials and delivered them to over 6⃣0⃣ newcomers through Immigration Canada platform * In August 2023, February 2024 & January 2025, I achieved positive results with 5⃣ client success stories each month out of 8⃣ clients leading to successful client employment outcomes.
