My acquired experience with Eli Lilly and currently with Boehringer Ingelheim enables me to provide unparalleled customer experiences and ensure solid and sustainable relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. A synergy between cognitive, analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, creativity, self-motivation, an achiever attitude as well as social and emotional intelligence has resulted in positive outcomes and exceptional quantitative and qualitative achievements throughout my professional journey. My professional experience is founded on strong academic qualifications, including a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from one of the most reputable universities in Lebanon, the Lebanese American University-whose Pharm.D. Program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education [ACPE], coupled with an extensive hands-on learning programme consisting of internships in major hospitals and community pharmacies in the U.S. and Lebanon. Lastly, being a polyglot and communicating fluently in English, French and Arabic, as well as having lived for five years in Canada and explored more than 20 countries across the globe, represented key success factors in interacting and engaging with people from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
