I graduated Salve Regina University with my BSN in December 2015. During high school and my college career I have been involved in various public health organizations such as The Center for Community Health Education Research and Service (CCHERS) and The Community Based Public Health Caucus Youth Council (CBPHCYC). As well as having presented on various public health topics at national conferences. I have presented twice at the American Public Health Association (APHA). In 2010 I presented on health disparities in the Boston area, at the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) conference in Chicago, IL, as the keynote speaker. I have been actively involved with my local Boston chapter of the NAACP over the last few years. I'd like to consider myself a super volunteer. More recently I have joined the NAACP NextGen Leadership Program, which operates on a national level.
