About Mayane Soares

With over fifteen years of experience in the retail industry - on and offline, at the moment I am a passionate and driven business manager at PicPay, the largest fintech platform in Latin America. My mission is to lead expansion and development of the PicPay Shop ecommerce business unit, the marketplace of products and services within the PicPay app. I have a strong background in communication, market research, and client relations, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams to deliver value and satisfaction to our customers and partners.As the business manager of PicPay Shop, I am responsible for the commercial management, performance analysis, product intelligence, roadmap governance, and strategy development of the ecommerce division. I oversee the hunting and farming of the entire ecommerce client portfolio, as well as the expansion and development of new partners and features. I also manage the P&L, the strategic planning, and the monthly review of results. In addition, I coordinate the GTM of major seasonal and event campaigns, such as Black Friday, promotional calendar and partners' special events. Through my work, I have contributed to the growth of PicPay Shop's revenue, user base, retention rate, and customer satisfaction.
