I am a dedicated and versatile Hardware and Networking Engineer with over 8 years of experience in maintaining troubleshooting and optimizing IT systems network infrastructures and hardware solutions. My expertise spans managing LAN/WAN networks providing technical support and leading major hardware upgrades with minimal disruption to business operations. Currently as a Facilitator at D.A.V School I ensure the smooth operation of smart class systems computer labs and digital infrastructure helping to enhance the school’s educational technology framework. I also handle data entry operations desktop and laptop assembly and perform routine troubleshooting to keep the systems running efficiently. In addition to my technical roles I have extensive experience working with clients in different industries managing both individual and corporate IT needs. My background includes diagnosing network vulnerabilities assembling and maintaining desktops and laptops and providing proactive IT support that minimizes downtime. I am passionate about integrating technology to solve real-world problems and looking forward to new opportunities to apply my skills in hardware and networking while also growing in new areas of the IT field.
