My educational background includes a diploma in civil engineering from JSPM Bhivrabai Sawant Polytechnic, With a robust engineering foundation, I bring a wealth of experience garnered in the telecommunications and market research industry. Proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, and Word, I possess a diverse skill set encompassing quantitative and qualitative research, primary and secondary research, and comprehensive customer service expertise. Throughout my career, I have successfully identified and addressed areas for service improvement, fostering the development of programs that significantly enhance overall quality.
