About Mayank Chikane

As an Assistant Manager at Hindustan Zinc, I ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the Zinc manufacturing plant. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science, where I learned the fundamentals of design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems. I have also acquired multiple certifications in Advance Excel, Python, and MySQL, which enable me to create and implement innovative solutions for complex engineering problems related to data. I have been working at Hindustan Zinc since September 2022, starting as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and then being promoted to Assistant Manager in March 2023. My core competencies include Data visualization, Asset optimization, Manpower handling, shutdown planning, and manufacturing modeling. I am passionate about enhancing the efficiency, quality, and safety of the production process, and contributing to the company's vision of being a global leader in the mining industry. Experienced in multiple equipment like Chain conveyors, Belt bucket elevator, Hydraulic Thickeners screw conveyors, Horizontal belt filters, Filter presses, Agitators, Pumps etc.
