In a different role in quality control assurance, we applied Spreadsheet Applications to create several forms to record inspection data and analyze pre-recorded data for inferential prediction. We are skilled in using various Precision measurement instruments such as Dumpy Level, Total Station, Inside-outside Micrometer, Vernier callipers, Height gauge, Dial gauge, Hi-Lo Gauge, Inclinometer, etc. We have implemented ISO standards and AIAG Quality Tools like APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SPC at work and in projects. We practiced several Structured problem-solving methods, such as Global 8D, DMAIC, Ishikawa Fishbone diagram, 5M+E, IS or IS not, PDCA, etc, at the workplace. Applied Metrology rules and principles, knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD & T) and advanced engineering drawings at the workplace for a smooth inspection process. Applied Minitab user skills for running tests on available data using graphical tools, quality tools, analytical tools, etc. Applied AutoCAD, using user skills to create and modify 2D and 3D drawings at work and for college assignments. I have demonstrated outstanding operation leadership and management skills by handling the hydrogen production and Flare units alone. Highly Organized and efficient material handler for construction sites.
