I am a Operations Manager at Reliance, where I oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, from planning and forecasting to distribution and delivery. I manage the warehouse and logistics staff, ensure smooth and efficient SAP operation, and meet quality and safety standards. I have more than 7 years of experience in the supply chain industry, working with various organizations such as Apollo Tyres Ltd and Oriflame Sweden Cosmetics. I am also pursuing a Professional Certificate Program in Supply Chain Strategy and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, further to enhance my skills and knowledge in this domain. My core competencies include supply and demand planning, budgeting, capacity planning, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, transportation, first-mile and last-mile delivery, talent development, and team building. I am passionate about optimizing the supply chain's cost and performance, leveraging data and technology, and creating a collaborative and innovative culture. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of Reliance Retail and its customers, partners, and stakeholders.
