About Mayank G.

I’ve always believed that the most successful technology projects are built on human connection. My career, which spans over 15 years, has been a journey to prove that idea. It’s a perspective I gained not in a large corporation, but as a co-founder, where I learned firsthand that transitioning a team to Agile was less about new software and more about a new way of collaborating. This people-first philosophy has been my guide ever since. It’s what drove me as a product manager when I built an in-house team that saved the company annually for a company with $3 Million revenue and crafted strategies that boosted quality leads by over 400%. My passion for the community is also a huge part of my story, which is why I am proud to organize India’s first WordCamp and help organize DrupalCamps. As a Senior Technical Account Manager today, I bring this entire journey to my work supporting some of the world's largest and most complex organizations. I partner with multinational, multi-brand enterprises with revenues from $5 billion to over $45 billion. My goal is to be the human connection they can rely on to untangle their unique complexities and help them achieve something truly exceptional.
