With over 10 years of experience in technical account management and customer success, I have a passion for helping organizations achieve their goals with CPaaS products and solutions. My core competencies include building use cases for chat platforms, designing deployment architectures, creating collaterals, and closing opportunities. I have generated an estimated revenue of INR 4 Cr (USD 400K) per year from CPaaS products and solutions, including SMS, email, voice, WhatsApp, RCS, and AI conversational solutions with Kore.ai.
