About me Hello! I'm Mayank Khare, and I bring a wealth of experience and passion to the fields of project management, community development, and social impact. With a career spanning over a decade, I've had the privilege of working with diverse organizations, each dedicated to making a meaningful difference in society. Professional Journey I embarked on my professional journey as a Store Officer at Kirloskar Brothers Ltd, where I honed my skills in customer relations, reporting, and team management. This early experience laid the foundation for my career in project management, a path I embraced wholeheartedly. As a Project Manager at Margshree Charitable Trust, I led initiatives aimed at improving the lives of the poorest in Bundelkhand and raising awareness against violence, collaborating closely with government agencies, educational institutions, and local communities. My role involved program planning, government issue resolution, skill development, and promoting personal hygiene. My dedication to community development led me to SATHI – U.P, where I served as a Block Coordinator for the Bill Gates Foundation's Community Engagement Development Program. Here, I conducted meetings with stakeholders, implemented vital healthcare programs, and established VHSNCs in rural areas. Later, at LAKSHYA Seva Samiti, I took on the role of District Coordinator, working in collaboration with ICRISAT to enhance farmer income through various initiatives, including soil testing, seed distribution, and agricultural training. Currently, as a Field Development Officer at HCL Foundation, I focus on village development across multiple sectors, including livelihood, agriculture, health, education, and sanitation. My responsibilities encompass facilitating self-help groups, linking members to economic activities, and delivering technical support to farmers. In my most recent role at Private Limited, I continue to make an impact as a District Coordinator, contributing to the organization's mission and expanding my expertise in agricultural development. Education & Skills I hold a Post Graduation in Social Work (MSW) from Allahabad Agriculture University and a Bachelor's degree in Arts (B.A.) from Bundelkhand University. My academic background complements my practical experience in the social sector.
