About Mayank Malviya

I have an MBA in Business Analytics and along with that, hands-on experience across both public and private sectors in form of projects/internships. I love the part where we transform data into decisions. But, I’ve learned that numbers alone don’t tell the full story, people do! Whether it’s through consumer insights, stakeholder interviews, or behavioral patterns, I'm learning to connect the "what" with the "why" to help businesses make smarter, more human decisions. I’ve been fortunate enough to meet incredible mentors, teachers, and peers, in my journey. People who have challenged, supported, and inspired me to grow. I try to make the most of every opportunity I get, because I know how rare they can be. And when I look at new roles or projects, the most important thing I ask myself is:"What do I get to learn here?" My approach is always equal parts: analytical thinking and human understanding. I think the best insights come from listening deeply, asking better questions, and bridging the gap between business goals and real-world behavior.
