About Mayank Mehre

A hustler and a staunch believer in the power of compounding and lifelong learning. Sports and mountaineering have been an essential aspect of my life and have given me two interesting learnings - In life, context changes fast and your adaptability quotient is going to be a defining factor in your life ahead- Life is like grueling 140 Mile Ironman race, each hour in the race comes with its own set of problem, and it mostly boils down to solving one question at a time and moving ahead without running away from them These two underlying themes have driven my attitude and approach in life. I work with India’s leading financial service company, where I have covered positions in different functions: starting from sales leadership, project management, and executive assistance. Currently, I am working as a National account manager for the salary segment of ICICI bank. I am a growth leader with experience in areas of setting up business verticals from scratch, designing sales strategy, product management, and process design. As I look forward to building a repertoire of my skills, I would love to create ecosystems and organizations that create industry-defining paradigms, display leadership in customer-centricity, and provide an empowered culture.
