I have accomplished my BE in INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL Engineering. Looking for opportunities to grow along with a organisation growth. A dynamic person who always keen to learn more and more everyday. Completed 1 year as GET at world’s largest Refinery at Reliance Manufacturing Industry, Jamnagar. As a GET I have experience of all field instruments: control valves and it’s positioner, transmitters(level, pressure, temperature, flow), switches, solenoid valves. Industrial protocols(HART, Foundation Fieldbus). Learnt about troubleshooting of MOV and calibration of valve, stroke checking and analyzer. Did 5 Months Internship at L&T MHI Power Boilers, Hazira. This company manufactures the pressure parts and pulverizers for super critical boilers. Currently installed capacity is MW/year. From these 5 months, I have learnt how the pressure parts of boilers are made starting with the header, pipe and lastly the coil. I have gained knowledge about the types of welding, temperature monitoring, power distribution and types of PLC used. Lastly, did a project on Furnace Thermal Expansion Monitoring(FETM). It includes of live measuring temperature of the material loaded on the bogie when heated up to required temperature and maintain it for particular time and later cooling the material to normal temperature.
