I’m a business-focused legal professional with 16 years of experience across top law firms and marquee private equity and credit fund houses. I’ve advised board of directors, investment committees, and senior business professionals on complex legal issues, investment and exit strategies, risks mitigation, and corporate governance. As a corporate lawyer, my core expertise lies in equity and structured debt transactions, deal negotiation, fund formation, legal due diligence, compliance, and strategic legal advisory. I lead legal aspects across the full lifecycle of funds and portfolio companies from deal origination to exits, including regulatory application for new funds set-up, LP negotiations, debt restructuring and distressed asset recoveries. For over a decade, I’ve successfully headed legal and secretarial functions, consistently aligning legal strategy with broader business objectives. I also have a proven track record of implementing tech-enabled legal solutions such as contract lifecycle management, document automation, and compliance tracking, while cementing strong partnerships with leading law firms, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.
