Around 9 years of experience in Financial services, Payments, Fintech and startup ecosystem space, E-commerce and Management Consulting where I have been associated with operations, strategy and program management. Amongst the first program managers to join Paytm Payments bank team where I have led end-to-end delivery of multiple products and set up operations from scratch. As a start-up builder, I thrive in unstructured, ambiguous environments. Paytm is now India’s largest mobile payment services company which has brought new stream of energy in Indian startup ecosystem. I love to formulate and implement strategies that lead to exponential growth and top market positions, rolling up my sleeves to get it done with exacting standards, inclusiveness, and humour. I have completed my Masters (MBA) in Operations Management in 2015, post which worked with KPMG as Management Consultant. Currently working with Paytm to set up operations for various products.
